The Mayan Experience

Last week for FHE we went with another family in our neighborhood to eat at the Mayan restaurant. In our group there were 11 of us altogether. The other family that went with us has two daughters that are the same age as our oldest daughters so they matched up well. They have two boys that McKay hung out with and had a blast with. If you are in hurry I would not eat at the Mayan. We waited about 1 Hr. and 15 minutes to be seated. It might had been the size of our group. I wouldn't pick the Mayan for their food either. I wouldn't pick the Mayan for their service either. The redeeming quality of the Mayan is their show. We enjoyed the three different shows with fire. McKay especially enjoyed the fire.

The natives are getting restless waiting in the lobby. McKay is learning to text already. Just kidding he's playing a game called BrickBreaker on the BlackBerry.

For those who have not been to the Mayan they have a number of divers who jump of the cliff which you can see in the pictures into a pool below. One of the boys in the other family wanted to get wet and he got drenched by some of the splashing.
